SHIPPING POLICY – MIRAUX

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and chosen delivery method.
Miraux may offer free-shipping promotions during specific periods.

4. Order Tracking
Customers receive a tracking number via email once their order ships.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Miraux is not responsible for customs delays.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Customers must ensure that shipping information is accurate.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Miraux is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged, customers must contact Miraux within 7 days of delivery—or expected delivery—providing evidence (photos or courier documentation).
Miraux will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

8. Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered as pre-orders.

  • Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production or logistics delays.

  • Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless stated otherwise.

  • If customers would like in-stock items sooner, they must place separate orders.

  • Once the pre-order item is available, normal delivery times (listed in Section 2) will apply.
